The Ecstasy of Following a Raw Food Diet

For those of you who don’t yet know, I’ve been following a raw food diet for two whole weeks now. It all began when we attended the amazing spiritual bootcamp led by Genesis Sunfire and were challenged, after starting a full body salt water flush, to change our diet to a more healthy way of living.

And so we started the journey.

It’s been a total rollercoaster since day one and now, two weeks down the road, there are really tangible benefits which I can no longer remain silent about.

And this is what I had to say about it yesterday:

Now, if the truth be known, it hasn’t all been a picnic over the past two weeks and I’m going to take a bit of time to fill you in on the gaps as I go. It’s not something I’ve undertaken lightly and I was so ready for some major changes in my life.

You have to get clear on what your motives are for doing it and where you see yourself going with it all.

This journey is not something I am recommending you do. My purpose is to share with you how this incredible experience is unfolding for me and what benefits it is bringing into my life. What you choose to do with it all is alone your choice.

However, if you do decide to embark on following a raw food diet, it helps hugely to have people around you who are willing to support your decision and maybe even join in. Moral support is so invaluable as this is a deeply spiritual experience in every sense.

So, do join me in my escapades. As you can see from this first post, life is already giving me glimpses of something truly delicious and I, for one, am ready to fully open the doors to digesting the rawness of life.

I’d love you to ask me any questions you want and please leave any comments you have.

Love your journey-sharing here Fiona. Your smile and even laughter in your video is a compelling transformational testament in and of itself. I look forward to the coming ah-ha’s, and the “Path-of-Ah-Ha’s” to be shared.

Thanks so much Brian. Really loving your support and all of this ties in so well with your work too. Here’s to the ‘Path of Ah-Ha’s’. 🙂
