The Beginner’s Guide to Meditation

If you’re a beginner, I hope that watching this video has answered any questions you might have had about getting started with meditation.

I’ve had this spiritual practice in my life for many years now and it’s really not something I want to have to miss out on at all. The benefits that you can reap from doing this regularly touch on all areas of life and can have spin-off effects that translate into success in work, leisure, family and health to name but a few.

It’s amazing to look at how the mystics have known for centuries that meditation can improve our health and guide us towards attaining enlightenment.  It’s only more recently that science has caught up and discovered that straightening the spine and holding still for about 20 minutes whilst calming our mind and relaxing, we can actually heal the body.

I would recommend starting meditating today if you haven’t already. Use the simple method I described above to get you started and get yourself into the habit. You can also download the simple meditation I have for you when you sign up to my newsletter (see above right).
