I love how life constantly demonstrates what is. Right there in front of us. No escaping it. But very often we’re not always ready to open our eyes and see it without any filters. And it’s the easiest thing to just try to turn a blind eye, choose the easy option and get on with something else. There have been big reminders in recent times to not just sit there and ‘know’ but to get up and bring it all … Continue reading
It’s amazing how quickly a month passes by. So here we are once again with the submissions for our Cosmic Web monthly challenge in February. Our group has its origins on Etsy but extends to other platforms, primarily Facebook, where we have a space to share ideas and exchange information. The Cosmic Web is a group of artisans with a spiritual basis who have come together to support each other in marketing our artwork and increasing visibility for our shops. … Continue reading
I love to take lots of time out and walk and be in nature. I’m so lucky we have Oldbury Court Estate so close by, so I take many opportunities to go there. Yesterday I was there for a couple of hours, making some video and journalling. And in that space I loved how I felt very connected with nature. This video I made is sharing some thoughts I had on my walk over there. The realisation that some things … Continue reading
I’m loving continuing to bring into my awareness where I am holding onto stories that keep me stuck in identification with the mind. Every day I allow these stories to surface and I’m loving seeing them for what they are and gently letting them go. A couple of days ago I unexpectedly came across another one. As you know I eat mostly raw food these days but in between eat some smaller pieces of cooked food whenever it’s something I … Continue reading
Just recently I was reminded of the power of setting intention and then completely letting go and trusting. So I wanted to share with you something I uncovered ‘by accident’ a few days ago. As you know I’m always writing, whether journalling, blogging or writing for the many books in my head. And of course I write and share a lot on social media. Well, I was on Facebook and felt the impulse to send someone a private message in … Continue reading
It’s so easy to sit back and stay comfortable in your comfort zone. Really easy. In fact, it’s so easy, it’s the easy option most people take all of their lives. So you’re not alone there. But how could things be different if you were to get really honest with yourself and acknowledge where you are being dishonest? Where are you turning a blind eye to opportunities for huge growth and freedom? Where are you selling yourself in the name … Continue reading
I have always found that it’s so easy to delude ourselves into thinking we are being honest and spiritual. It’s so easy to walk away from dogma and feel ready to free ourselves up, only to walk headlong into some new dogma we have unwittingly created for ourselves. All in the name of spirituality – growth, releasing negative thought patterns, being honest with ourselves – the list goes on and on. I just wanted to share what I experienced a … Continue reading
We have been truly blessed with beautifully warming, sunny days here in Bristol for well over a week now. It has been a wonderful opportunity to get out and be in nature. A couple of days ago I was out wandering around Vassal’s Park and was amazed at how perfect and peaceful and beautiful everything was. And indeed always is. I decided to simply share a whole load of the photos I took. I found it so inspiring just to … Continue reading
Just spent quite a bit of time trying to add this app to my blog. After several attempts it’s at last installed and now I have a little widget in my sidebar with my tweets. When I add a blog post, it lets me tweet it out straight away and includes branding with a link back to my site. Can’t be bad, can it? It means less work whenever I complete a blog post.
For a few weeks now I’ve been holding live sessions on my Livestream account for those of you who want to listen in and even check in to chat with me via the chatbox. I also pick a general card as guidance for everyone listening to the recording. You can listen to the message here: If you click on the Comments button, you are able to leave a message from me. I’d love to hear from you. You can also … Continue reading
