Don’t Feed What Isn’t True
I’m loving all the conversations I have been having recently with friends who are as dedicated to digging deeper as I am. It’s so refreshing and liberating to suddenly be able to see something with eyes of truth instead of it being hidden behind a veil of self-denial. So lovely to recognise what is true and to open my heart and lovingly and gently let it all in. And all the while those ‘lies’ and stories I uphold….no, they’re not … Continue reading

The Wisdom of Bamboo – Being a Channel for Spirit
Each day brings something new with it and yesterday was one of those days when I got up and just felt out of sync with myself and my world. And despite the fact that I had made a list of to-do’s, there was no way I was able to begin to bring focus to what I thought I should be doing. I began to frantically tidy up and then sort things out, putting bits and pieces into garbage bags, parting … Continue reading

Seeing Familiar Objects with New Eyes
I love to take lots of time out and walk and be in nature. I’m so lucky we have Oldbury Court Estate so close by, so I take many opportunities to go there. Yesterday I was there for a couple of hours, making some video and journalling. And in that space I loved how I felt very connected with nature. This video I made is sharing some thoughts I had on my walk over there. The realisation that some things … Continue reading
Setting Intention, Letting Go and Watching the Manifestation
Just recently I was reminded of the power of setting intention and then completely letting go and trusting. So I wanted to share with you something I uncovered ‘by accident’ a few days ago. As you know I’m always writing, whether journalling, blogging or writing for the many books in my head. And of course I write and share a lot on social media. Well, I was on Facebook and felt the impulse to send someone a private message in … Continue reading
Time to Face the Truth and Wake up to a Deeper Reality
It’s so easy to sit back and stay comfortable in your comfort zone. Really easy. In fact, it’s so easy, it’s the easy option most people take all of their lives. So you’re not alone there. But how could things be different if you were to get really honest with yourself and acknowledge where you are being dishonest? Where are you turning a blind eye to opportunities for huge growth and freedom? Where are you selling yourself in the name … Continue reading
Is Your Ego Always Wanting to Be in the Limelight?
I have always found that it’s so easy to delude ourselves into thinking we are being honest and spiritual. It’s so easy to walk away from dogma and feel ready to free ourselves up, only to walk headlong into some new dogma we have unwittingly created for ourselves. All in the name of spirituality – growth, releasing negative thought patterns, being honest with ourselves – the list goes on and on. I just wanted to share what I experienced a … Continue reading
Here Comes the Sun – Bristol in Blossom
We have been truly blessed with beautifully warming, sunny days here in Bristol for well over a week now. It has been a wonderful opportunity to get out and be in nature. A couple of days ago I was out wandering around Vassal’s Park and was amazed at how perfect and peaceful and beautiful everything was. And indeed always is. I decided to simply share a whole load of the photos I took. I found it so inspiring just to … Continue reading
Adding Tweetable to my WordPress Blog
Just spent quite a bit of time trying to add this app to my blog. After several attempts it’s at last installed and now I have a little widget in my sidebar with my tweets. When I add a blog post, it lets me tweet it out straight away and includes branding with a link back to my site. Can’t be bad, can it? It means less work whenever I complete a blog post.
